CHAPLET OF DIVINE MERCY

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and the whole world.

Holy God, + Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us.

Holy God, + Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us.

Holy God, + Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us.

Glory be to the + Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen

Holy Immortal, have mercy on us.

Holy God, + Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us.

A PENITENTIAL PRAYER

O’ Lord God, in Your Name and for Your love, I forgive everyone who has ever offended me. And I beg of You, O’ Lord God, to forgive me my sins and transgressions, and to bring me to Your kingdom in Heaven at the end of my earthly life, and to give me the graces even now to love You forever, and to persevere sinless in Your service, and to find Your holy will and to do it, and to become an instrument of Your will, for the glory of Your Holy Name, and for the salvation of my soul and of other souls. I beg You this in Jesus’ Holy Name. Amen.

The Nicene Creed

I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.

And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds; God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God; begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made.

Who, for us men and for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary, and was made man; and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate; He suffered and was buried; and the third day He rose again, according to the Scriptures; and ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again, with glory, to judge the quick and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end.

And I believe in the Holy Ghost, the Lord and Giver of Life; who proceeds from the Father; who with the Father and the Son together is worshiped and glorified; who spoke by the prophets.

And I believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins; and I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

This is the land where you have given me roots in eternity, O’ God of Heaven and Earth. This is the burning promised land, the house of God, the gate of Heaven, the place of peace, the place of silence, the place of wrestling with the angel.

INTERCESSION

Almighty and merciful God, Father of all, Creator and Ruler of the universe, Lord of history, whose designs are inscrutable, whose glory is without blemish, whose compassion for the errors of men is inexhaustible, in Your will is our peace. In this fatal moment of choice in which we might begin the patient architecture of peace we may also take the last step across the rim of chaos. Save us from our obsessions! Open our eyes, dissipate confusion, teach us to understand ourselves and our adversary! Grant us to seek peace where truly found! In Your will O’ God, is our peace!

In peace let us pray to the Lord.

R: Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy.

The Way of St. Barnabas

It is the desire, prayer and work of the Missionary Order of St. Barnabas to come together for the greater praise and glory of God and to assist one another on our journey to God.
When Jesus left this earth He did not leave us without direction, rather He left us with a mission. A mission that we cannot help but strive to accomplish; to do less would be to deny Christ. What was the mission He left us with?
